Merchandisers

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet business objectives.
Analyze consumer demands, competitor offerings and buyer preferences.
Plan and manage product assortments, ensuring a balanced mix of styles, colors, and sizes.
Collaborate closely with designers and production teams, to ensure product availability, pricing, and timely delivery.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source the best fabrics, trims, and components for production.
Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and identify opportunities for stock replenishment or markdowns.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in apparel merchandising or retail buying.
Strong knowledge of the apparel industry.
Proficiency in merchandising software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
Attention to detail with a creative and strategic approach to merchandising.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
 
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with both wholesale and retail markets.
Knowledge of fabric sourcing and production processes.
Familiarity with digital merchandising and e-commerce platforms.
