Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and coach the trimming department staff, assigning tasks and managing performance.
Ensure all trims and accessories meet the specified quality and aesthetic requirements for the garments.
Maintain accurate records of trim inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment.
Coordinate with production managers to ensure the timely issuance of trims for upcoming production runs.
Identify and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste within the trims department.
Ensure that all trimming activities comply with factory safety and regulatory standards, maintaining safe working conditions for the team.
Liaise with design, sourcing, and production departments to align on trim selection and development.
Partner with trim suppliers to source, develop, and negotiate prices for materials.
Maintain production records and generate inventory reports as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or equivalent education.
Proven experience in garment production or trims management.

Excellent team management, coaching, and leadership abilities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet production deadlines.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with various departments and team members.
Commitment to quality and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Ability to identify and resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.
Computer knowledge is a must.
Ability to correspond via email with departments and vendors.
Microsoft Office knowledge is a must.
